At Squire Performing Arts Centre, we have been hosts to musicians, comedians, dance shows, devised theatre, musicals, children’s shows, local amateur dramatics, festivals and a range of touring productions.

Our address is 9 Arboretum Street NG1 4JB, next to Nottingham Girls’ High School and 2 mins from Forest Fields, just outside of Nottingham city centre. We are easily accessible by public transport, have 102 parking spaces including disabled access and a fully adaptable space with over 15 configurations from traditional end on to in the round, to suit any production style.
We are always looking to collaborate with new partners, artists and production companies that match our dedication to the arts.

Main House
Our Main House has a seated layout with 260 capacity across the stalls and circle. Part of the stalls level can be removed and reconfigured into a flat floor, creating a flexible performance space – watch our video below.

The Weston Studio is a black box studio formed from our Main House stage and can seat 74 people.

Our Jenny Farr Studio is a 11m by 6.1m space, with full mirror wall as well as a multimedia screen.

Along with our main house and studio spaces we have more multifunctional spaces and a spacious foyer.
