Below you will find information on what we are doing to ensure that Squire PAC is COVID-safe.
This information is frequently updated, so please revisit this information prior to attending the event .

Will I have to wear a face covering?

Face coverings will always need to be worn by anyone over the age of 11 when in the venue, except when eating or drinking. We understand that not everyone is able to wear a face covering and in this instance please do inform a member of our Front of House team.


Will there be places to sanitise my hands?
There are hand sanitiser points by each entrance of the foyer area and also a sanitiser point near the toilet area.


When will the theatre be cleaned?
The theatre will be cleaned prior to each performance. This will include the foyer, auditorium, and toilet areas. Touchpoints will be cleaned during the event.


How do I book tickets?
Tickets for all events at Squire PAC are obtained via our online booking system accessed from our website. Tickets will be sent by email to print at home or show on a smart phone to a member of our Front of House team. If you have any problems or questions, please contact info@squirepac.co.uk or by phone on 0115 935 4473. We aim to reply in two working days.


Can I view a seating plan?
As part of the booking process, you can view the seating plan for the venue. Events that went on sale prior to the first national lockdown will be reallocated seats to conform to social distance guidelines . We shall notify you of any changes to your seating. Government guidance is to be confirmed, but it is expected to be set at 1m+ from 17th May, 2021.


Can I sit with my friends and family?
Visitors will need to confirm that they are only booking for their household and support bubble as part of the booking process. Tickets can be booked in bubble sizes between 1 to 6. For shows where tickets have been transferred, due to the first national lockdown, household and support bubbles will need to be confirmed and we will contact you about this.

We ask that, while in the venue, groups ensure they socially distance from others not part of their household or support bubbles.


Will I need to scan the NHS Test and Trace app?
All adults over the age of 16 will be required to provide details for the NHS Test and Trace. Should a smart phone not be available details can be passed over to a member of the Front of House team. This data will be held for 21 days under the Test and Trace guidelines.


What should I do if I cannot book seats to accommodate my household or support bubble?
If you are struggling to book tickets for your party within the bubble of 6, please contact Squire PAC on 0115 935 4473.


Are wheelchair spaces still available to book?
Wheelchair positions will be allocated for each performance and can be booked online with an accompanying seat. Should more seats be needed than what is available, please contact us at info@squirepac.co.uk or by phone on 0115 935 4473.


What should I do if I develop symptoms which affect my ability to attend the event?
We ask if anyone has symptoms to please not attend any performance at Squire PAC. If you develop symptoms that prevent you attending a performance, please contact us at the earliest opportunity at info@squirepac.co.uk or by phone on 0115 935 4473.


Will I need to queue when I arrive?
We will be working hard to keep potential queues to a minimum. Signage will direct you to the correct entry point on arrival. To speed up the process, please be ready to present your tickets and scan the NHS Track and Trace app at the door. If you do not have access to a smart device, then we will need to collect details at the door.


Will I be able to access the toilets, accessible toilet and baby change?
All our toilets will be open as usual, but there may be a limit on the number of people who can access the toilet facilities at any given time to ensure social distancing is possible


What should I do if I start to feel unwell while at the venue?
Should you feel unwell while at Squire PAC, please inform a member of staff who will assist and advise you based on your symptoms.


What should I do if I feel unwell after my visit to Squire PAC?
Should you develop symptoms of COVID-19 after attending a performance at Squire PAC, a PCR test should be taken as soon as possible. Should this test show a positive result, Squire PAC should be informed at the earliest opportunity. .


What will happen if another member of the audience tests positive?
Should another member of the audience fall ill, you will be contacted via the Track and Trace system.


Who should I speak to if I have concerns during my visit?
Our Front of House manager will be available during all events at Squire PAC. Please inform a member of staff if you wish to discuss anything and they will locate the relevant member of staff for you.
